KUNDALINI & SACRED SEX

What happens to sexuality when Kundalini energy begins to awaken through the whole body?

In this video I explore the relationship between Kundalini energy and sacred sexuality, and the experience of ...becoming intensely aware of sensation, energy and consciousness within the body.

When Kundalini awakens, I experience this as a heightened physical awareness — almost as though lights are switching on inside the body. Awareness can move through the energy centres and channels, creating waves of bliss, sensation and life-force throughout the body.

Sexual energy can become part of this awakening. Instead of being experienced only through the root chakra, it can begin to move through the whole body as streams of sensation, awareness and energy.

I talk about what happens when two people meet from this level of bodily awareness — when breath, movement, attention and sensitivity become part of making love, and when sexuality becomes a way of experiencing connection with life-force itself.

For me, sacred sex is deeply connected to presence in the body. It can become a way of feeling the Divine here and now, through physical sensation and conscious awareness.

I also speak about sexual empowerment, ageing, full-body pleasure and the possibility of continuing to experience rich, satisfying sexuality as the body changes over time.

The question I keep returning to is:

How much can I feel?
How present can I be in this body?
